Heirloom Vegetarian
1509 W. 12TH Ave.
Vancouver BC V6J 2E2

Menu
Heirloom is a shinning gem in the vegan community of Vancouver. It's a vegetarian restaurant but like most vegetarian places, they have all of the vegan options clearly marked. It's a bright and airy space and the interior design seems to mimic forms in nature. We were there for bunch and we did not walk away disappointed. I can't wait to get back and try more of the delicious options from their vegan menu.
The Wallflower
2420 Main Street
Vancouver, BC

Menu
The Wallflower couldn't be more different that Heirloom in terms of atmosphere. The Wallflower looks like it's a biker bar by night and a diner by day. It's very dark but has it's own kind of charm. BEWARE: The Wallflower is an omnivore establishment with a vegan menu. We had the mac and cheese and Shepard's pie, which were perfect comfort food. Though they serve meat and dairy, they have a large enough vegan menu that it's definitely worth checking out when you are in the area.
